You can’t truly call it a fairytale wedding if the prince/groom isn’t SHREDDED.
E! News reports that the groom-to-be has been treating his body like a temple ahead of the big day, working out several days a week and leading an overall healthier lifestyle.
“He smoked socially, but as he doesn’t go out as much anymore, he naturally lost interest in smoking.”
In addition, the royal is said to be working out with a trainer several days a week and eating clean, while Meghan continues to keep it tight with yoga.
The source added:
“He was already in good shape when he met Meghan but the two of them enjoy healthy living together. They eat sensibly, his diet is very clean and ahead of the wedding, he is working out five times a week with a personal trainer. Meghan doesn’t follow as strict an exercise regime but focuses mostly on yoga. She does, however, also go to the gym sometimes.”
The insider shared that Meghan is definitely a driving force in Harry’s new health kick, as the Suits actress knows the importance of self care.
But one thing his new diet isn’t: an effort to increase his fertility! A source said of the speculation:
“That story should be filed in the rubbish bin. What a load of nonsense. He’s a healthy guy. That’s all.”
Got it. So, his new regime is purely for the wedding pics.
