Oooh…Virat Kohli, or should we say his manager, threw a tantrum on Tuesday. More often than not, celebs prefer talking about their work than their personal lives. But like there are exceptions to every norm, the latest one seems to be Virat Kohli. The Indian cricket captain was doing a few interviews in a studio on Tuesday, but had a lot more don’ts than do’s. For starters, he didn’t want to talk about his missus, Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma. Then he wasn’t keen to answer any questions on cricket; not even if the legendary West Indies cricketer Sir Vivian Richards has been quoted saying that he saw himself in Virat when the latter batted.
So what did VK want to speak about? Well, he wanted to ‘only’ talk about endorsing a luxury watch brand and being a style icon. Moreover, he got his manager to convey his message. What do we say when someone who is against the idea of talking about the game that made him? And the less said about such managers, who behave like they’re bigger superstars than their celeb clients, the better.
