Woman Accuses Jamie Foxx Of Slapping Her In The Face With His Penis — But He Denies It & Is Fighting Back!
Jamie Foxx stands firmly against his sexual assault accuser.
A woman has alleged that the Oscar-winner slapped her in the face with his penis nearly 16 years ago, and has already gone to the police to report her claims.
According to law enforcement, the woman told cops she and a friend were at Foxx’s party in Las Vegas back in 2002 when the actor tried to get her to perform oral sex. When she refused, she claimed Foxx smacked her in the face with his penis.
After the alleged assault took place, the woman alleged one of Foxx’s friends told her she had to leave the house. She claimed she went to the hospital the next day upon returning home to L.A. to get treatment for a panic attack.
While the Las Vegas Police Department reportedly still lists the case as an open investigation, the 3-year statute of limitations has long since expired.
Foxx vehemently denied the “absurd” allegations and is seeking legal action against the unnamed woman. His lawyer Allison Hart told TMZ:
“Jamie emphatically denies that this incident ever occurred, and he will be filing a report with the Las Vegas Police Department against the woman for filing a false police report against him. The first time [Jamie] became aware of this woman’s absurd claims about an incident that supposedly occurred 16 years ago was when TMZ contacted his representatives [Tuesday] about this story. The alleged incident was not reported to law enforcement in 2002, or at any other time in the last 16 years until last Friday because the incident never happened.”
The alleged victim said she was inspired to file the police report thanks to the #MeToo movement, and claimed she wanted the alleged incident reported in case other accusers come forward.
